Another great week! I found myself going deeper in my journey. The silence and stillness helped me slip deeper, and I've been using my little items a lot more frequently, even carrying them with me. Sometimes I can't use them, but knowing my plushie or paci is in my bag is comforting.
Being little with this structure has made my adult life easier too. I'm less argumentative now, I don't get defensive as quickly. I'm not completely burnt out anymore.
